Who am I
Hi! I'm Ilda!
Since I was a child, I have looked at nature with joy and fascination. I was born on the slopes of Serra da Gardunha, in Portugal, one of the most fascinating mountains in this country. I love life, humanity and this planet that welcomes and nurtures us, our Mother Earth! I am grateful to all my ancestors and to my parents who provided for my arrival here, to live the life I chose.
I am a woman who started a great search as a child, without great results, as the answers were vague from those I questioned, about "what was life and death."
A difficult question to answer even today after everything I've experienced, studied and investigated.
It was after a first big personal heartbreak, perhaps the biggest one a mother can go through, which is the loss of a child, I decided to look for and go deeper in the search for answers through books, lectures, courses on spiritual growth and a lot of introspection in myself, so I started to understand, within what an incarnated human being can understand more of my walk on this Planet.
This growth gave me strength and power to go through another heartbreak like the first, yes, I lost another child and survived with balance despite everything. After a few years of self-discovery I decided to write a biography and tell my life story through the book MEMORIES OF A MOTHER that with a lot of love and pride is already going to the 3rd edition.
With the experience in me after some experienced therapies and the awareness of what vibrated in my cells, I felt, to be the way for me and for the "other" and together we change humanity with a happier, more fraternal and loving energy . With all the formations I've done, I have the possibility to touch each other. It helps you grow, empower yourself and put down roots to live your destiny with tranquility and acceptance if you want.
In each therapeutic session where I lead my client to his/her self-knowledge and growth, I am also learning about myself, I am surrendering myself with great awareness, truly, to help that person.
In this I felt my life mission, to help people who come to me to look lovingly at their stories and missions chosen to live, understanding and accepting their own choices.
We have the possibility to choose, to change and to create our reality.
The power is within us.
